Quickstarts

Quickstarts no longer need to be delivered as text files via Discord. Instead, you can just save your dominion as a Quickstart from the Generate Quickstart page in the game or in the sim.

Quickstarts can be made public or kept private. If private, they are only available to the same user that created it.

If you save a Quickstart in the sim, you can now export it into the game. To do so, take the following steps:

  1. On the sim, click Quickstarts in the menu that opens up when you click your avatar and username in the top right corner.
  2. Next, click Export.
  3. On the Export Quickstart page, click Generate Key.
  4. Then go back to the Quickstarts page and note down the ID of the quickstart you want to transfer over.
  5. In the game, go to the Quickstarts page.
  6. Next, click Import.
  7. Enter the API key, the quickstart ID, and select source (Sim is default, but you can select Game if you’re transferring from Game to Sim).
  8. If you entered everything correctly, the quickstart will be transferred over.
