Round 27 Changes

  • Advancements UI change.
  • Level 7 and Level 8 added to Advancements. The perk increase for Level 7 and Level 8 is half of that of previous levels, meaning that if an Advancement has +5% increments per Level, this is +2.5% for Level 7 and Level 8.
  • Prestige gains formula changed to:
    • 40 prestige gained for any successful hit over 75%.
    • 10 prestige gained for successfully fending off a raze (a non-overwhelmed hit).
    • 10 prestige lost if successfully invaded and attacker is within 75%-133.
    • No prestige change for hits 60-75%.
    • 20 prestige loss for attacker for hits under 60%.
    • Prestige gains and losses are reduced by 10% for every recent invasion (in the last six hours) down to a minimum of 10% of normal gains.
  • Due to expected lowered prestige gains, advancement costs multiplier decreased from 10x to 5x
  • Reduction on defensive casualties are now reduced by 10% for every recent invasion (in the last six hours) down to a minimum of 10% of normal gains.
  • You cannot leave Warriors League if you have troops out.
  • A unit which counts as both Spy and Wizard cannot be housed in FH or WG.
  • Barbarians now create World News when they send out.
  • Gnome Rockapult changed to 0/4 base and cost lowered from 700 plat, 300 ore to 600 plat, 300 ore.
  • Imperial Gnome Airship now returns four ticks faster from battle.
  • Kobold Beast and Overlord gain +1 DP if they outnumber the invading forces.
  • Lux Pax count as population and no longer drains mana.
  • Nox Nightshade changed +1 DP per 12% Swamp to +1 DP per 12.5% Swamp, and cost changed from 1,000 plat, 10 mana to 800 plat, 15 mana.
  • Sylvan Spriggan cost changed from 650 lumber, 100 mana to 650 lumber, 75 mana.
  • New faction: Vampires
    • Alignment: Independent
    • Max population: +30%
    • Food consumption: -80%
    • Bonus from Ruler Title: +100%
    • Cannot build barracks.
    • Spell: Fine Arts: +5% platinum and gem production.
    • Servant:
      • 0 OP / 4 DP
      • Cannot be trained
      • Does not count as population
      • Eats 0.025 bushels of food/tick
    • Gnarl:
      • 6 OP / 6 DP
      • No cost
      • Cannot be trained
      • Eats 0.1 bushels of food/tick
      • -50% casualties
      • +1 DP between 06:00 and 18:00
      • +1 OP between 18:00 and 06:00
    • Ravager:
      • 10 OP / 8 DP
      • Cannot be trained
      • No boats needed
      • -75% casualties
      • Eats 0.5 bushels of food/tick
      • +2 OP between 18:00 and 06:00
    • Noble:
      • 3 OP / 4 DP
      • 1,000 platinum
      • Immortal
      • Vampiric conversion (see below)
      • +1 DP between 06:00 and 18:00
      • +1 OP between 18:00 and 06:00
      • Counts as 1/4 spy on defense
      • Returns 4 ticks faster from battle
      • Increases casualties of defender (on attack) and attacker (on defense)
    • Vampiric conversion is conversion based on strength of the units killed, not the number of units killed. Depending on whether the Noble is attacking or defending, the Noble converts enemy casualties based on their raw defensive or raw offensive power.
      • Units with less than or equal to 3 become Servants
      • Units with greater than 4 and less than or equal to 7 become Gnarls
      • Units with 7 or more become Ravagers
